SUMMER CAMP ANNOUNCEMENTS
Sunday, 7/5 – Due to the weather forecast tomorrow, the RCK Baseball Camp will be canceled for Monday, 7/6. Camp will instead run on Friday, 7/10 from 8:00 am-11:00 am.
Due to power outages at Meadow Creek Farms there will be no Horseback Riding camp TOMORROW, Monday, 7/6. An email will be sent on Monday letting parents know the status of Tuesday’s camp. Prorated refunds will be issued for any days that the camp is unable to be run.
The Esports/Brawl Stars, Pokemon, Video Game Design and Roblox camps being held at Gayhead are CANCELED FOR MONDAY, 7/6. Anyone that signed up for a 3 or 4-day camp option and was attending on a Monday, can feel free to attend on another day. Anyone that cannot attend on another day and all 5-day campers will receive a prorated refund. These camps will resume on Tuesday.

Lentz & Lentz is proud to offer two options for SAT Preparation
- IN-PERSON classes at John Jay High School: $575
- Beginning in March. Classes will run weekly on Saturday mornings from 9:30 am-12:30 pm.

- VIRTUAL classes via Zoom: $525
- Live, interactive classes on weekday nights or weekend mornings.
- Easy-to-use screen sharing technology hosted through Zoom: the instructor and all students can communicate with one another.
- Lessons follow the same format as our in-person classes. Everything our instructors write down, and all the problems, notes, and solutions covered in a particular class, will be visible online.
- Should students have any questions, they can push a button to raise their hand: questions are answered in real time and there is also access to free individualized extra-help.

- For ADULT programs, we do not send confirmation of registration. Simply attend your first class. You will only be notified in case of class cancelation or date/location/time change.
- For STUDENT programs, an informational email will be sent a day or two prior to the start of the program. This will be sent to the account email address on your ArbiterSports registration.
- Refunds will be granted only in cases of class cancelations.
- Senior citizens 62 and older can take 10% off all course registration fees. This discount does not apply to books or supplies.
- WEATHER Cancelations: Classes canceled due to inclement weather will be posted on the Wappingers website and announced on radio channels WKIP, WHUD/WBNR and WPDH/WEOK. All canceled classes will be made up at the end of the course. If school is canceled for Wappingers Central School District or after school/evening activities are canceled, then all Continuing Ed classes are canceled as well.
- BOOKS & SUPPLIES: Prices may increase. Senior discount does not apply.
- PARKING: Do not park in front of the main entrance or along the sidewalk at the front of the school. These are fire zones.
- SMOKING POLICY: There is no smoking allowed anywhere on school grounds or in school buildings.
- Classes will not be held on the following days: January 1, 2; February 16, 17; March 30, 31; April 1-6; May 25; June 19
- Early registration is encouraged to ensure placement and to avoid possible class cancelations due to insufficient enrollment.
