Facility Usage Form / Overview

To rent a facility in the Wappingers Central School District you will need to fill out a Facility Usage Form (revised 7/1/2023).
You will also need to provide proof of insurance naming the Wappingers Central School District as additional insured. See the Facility Usage application for the insurance limits required for renting facilities (effective 7/1/2023).

Please complete the form and submit it to the school you wish to rent, along with your proof of insurance. You will be notified by e-mail if your application is accepted.
