A Message from the Superintendent of Schools

Dear WCSD Community,

We have been made aware that non-specific threats to schools throughout the country have been circulating on social media. Our local law enforcement has assured me that they will continue to thoroughly investigate these non-specific threats. As the safety and security of our students and staff remain our top priority, I ask our families to communicate to their children that if they see concerning activity on social media that they perceive to be a threat against an individual, a school, or our district, please contact law enforcement and the school principal; or, if you prefer to be anonymous, use our Anonymous Alerts App.
