Technology Support Services is responsible for processing the District's daily computer workload and for assuring that the District's computers, data/voice network resources are available at optimal performance levels on a day-to-day basis. These responsibilities include computer hardware and network equipment maintenance, systems administration, computer and network security, computer and network troubleshooting, coordination, and operation of the Voice-Over-IP telephone system. We provide staff with technical assistance, repairs, installations, and maintenance of district equipment throughout each of our buildings.

PARENTS!
If your child has a device that is malfunctioning and/or damaged, please contact us at parent.portal@wcsdny.org and we will be happy to assist. In your email, please include:
- Your child's name.
- The 6-digit tag number found on the sticker on the bottom of the device
- The issue you are expiring.
- Whether or not you purchased insurance for the device.
Once reported, students should return the device to the Computer Lab TA immediately. We understand that things happen and breakage is unfortunately expected. Upon analysis by the technology staff, it will be determined whether or not the device was damaged or if it was a manufacturing defect.
When submitting their device for repair, students will be assigned a temporary device for use which they will need to return at the end of each school day until their original device can be repaired or replaced.
REMINDER: All devices (Chromebooks and Hotspots) that were borrowed between March 2020 and June 2021 still need to be returned. If you still have your child's device and need to return it, you can drop it off at our District Offices at 25 Corporate Park Drive in Hopewell Junction.
If you have any questions you can email us at parent.portal@wcsdny.org and we will be happy to assist.
