    Dear Parents and Guardians,

    Since Monday, June 7, was a remote day, the NYS Grade 8 Science test will be administered according to the following revised schedule:

    Students who attend school four days per week, two-day Cohort A students, and two-day Cohort B students, will be administered the NYS Grade 8 Science Test on Thursday, June 10. Students will report to their 1st period class at 7:30 am for attendance and then be dismissed to their test sites. The instructional day will begin at the conclusion of the test according to the modified bell schedule below. 

    Students who learn remotely will take the test on Friday, June 11. Students should arrive by 7:30 am for the start of the test. Parents can pick up their children by 9:30 am.

    On Thursday, June 10, 7th grade students who come in four-days per week, as well as 7th grade Cohort B students, will report to school under a two-hour bus delay schedule. The instructional day will begin at approximately 9:30 am according to the modified bell schedule below, and students will follow this schedule for the remainder of the day.

    Students who learn remotely should check-in to their 2nd period classes by 9:32 am and then follow the modified bell schedule below for the remainder of the day.

  • Wappingers CSD is now using Anonymous Alerts® 

    The Anonymous Alerts® reporting app was created to help students, parents or community members choose a school official to contact, type of incident to report, school building and/or a specific location, set a priority level of normal or high and upload a photo, screenshot or video related to the incident.  This reporting system is meant to allow for anonymous reporting but still provides for District and Building Administrators to respond (via the app) to the person who submitted a tip to the District. 

    If you plan on submitting an alert anonymously please be sure to check the "message center" in the application itself to see any responses to your tip, or requests from District Officials for additional information.

    The purpose of the app is for members of our school and community to report suspicious activity, bullying or student-related concerns to a school administrator. For all other reports, please contact your child's school directly. If you feel the need to keep this submission anonymous that is OK, we completely respect your right to privacy and appreciate you making us aware.
