  • Hello and welcome to the ASL club!

     

    This club is brand new to RCK this year! Our goal is to help educate club members on basic vocabulary, phrases, and deaf culture. Meetings will take place every other week. Please be on the lookout for an official first meeting which will be posted on Mr. Seipp's morning announcements.

  • About the Teacher

    Hello! My name is Mr. Bautista and this is my 3rd year here at RCK! For those who don't know me, I teach Physics, Astronomy, and Science Research in room 358. 

     

    I originally studied ASL for two semesters at SUNY Oswego (Go Lakers!). During that time, I was also President of the ASL Club. I helped coordinate events through the ASL Club such as inviting well known signers and interpreters to campus to put on shows, interact with students, and help bring deaf culture to hearing people! 

     

    I am so excited to be advising this club and helping students at RCK learn this amazing language!
