Guinness Book of RECORDS Verification.   Sport Stacking is an exciting individual and team sport where competitors stack and unstack 12 high tech cups in a predetermined sequence at fast speeds.  The students race against the clock to beat their fastest times or race against each other in relay races.  Sport Stacking promotes hand-eye coordination, ambidexterity, quickness and concentration-skills needed to excel in both supports and academics.  When students are stacking, they are using both sides of their bodies and brains to develop skills necessary to dribble and shoot a basketball, throw and catch a baseball, play a musical instrument, type on a computer and more.
