    TUESDAY Afternoon, June 3rd

    From 12:30 - 3:00 PM

    (Volunteers arrive at 12:15 PM)

    We need your help to make memories with your child and to make Field Day run as smoothly as possible. Volunteers can be (parents, college-age or older siblings, cousins, aunts, or uncles). If you can assist us, please click on and fill out the sign-up form below. You will receive an email on or before May 30th to confirm your participation and give specific details about the event.

    WHERE TO GO:  We ask that ALL volunteers bring their Drivers ID, sign in at the front desk by 12:15 am, and then walk down to the gymnasium. We will assign all volunteers to a station and explain the rules and details specific to your station.
     
    PLEASE NOTE: Field Day is a SEPARATE event from other 5th grade events (picnic, field trip, etc.).  If you volunteer for our event, we are relying on you to stay the entire time so that every class can participate at each station. We anticipate being finished by about 3pm.

     POSSIBLE RAIN DATES: In the event of inclement weather, the field day will be rescheduled for the afternoon of either Wednesday, June 4th, Thursday, June 5th, or Friday, June 6th.  We will email the specifics at that time.

    CANCELLATION PROCEDURE: The Field day will proceed as scheduled unless a cancellation is posted on our P.E. website by 11:30 am that day. Please note that the PE department does not determine whether or not any other 5th-grade events are canceled. We are only responsible for field day cancellations and changes.
