    I am starting my twenty-fifth year at Sheafe Road Elementary. I taught first grade for twelve years.  This is my thirteenth year as a Kindergarten teacher!  Before becoming a teacher, I received my Bachelor's degree in elementary education from SUNY Plattsburgh.  Then I received my Master's degree in education from Iona College.  I have been married for 28 years and have two children.  My son graduated from college in 2021. My daughter is currently attending Plattsburgh to become a teacher as well. 
    I always look forward to meeting new students each year.  I truly enjoy working with the staff, parents, and students at Sheafe Road.  I am looking forward to a fabulous year with all my kindergarten students and families!
