    T.I.C. NOTATION:
    Completed “Together in Class”
     
     When assignments are completed together in class, as a group lesson or discussion, the students will write T.I.C. on the top of the paper.
                                                                           C.I.C. NOTATION:
    "Corrected in Class”
     
     
    When assignments (eg: homework) are reviewed and corrected together aloud, the students will write “C.I.C.” indicating that we went over it in class. Students will make their own corrections using their red pen as they follow along in class.
     
     Spot Checked Assignments
     
    If an assignment is stamped  "spot checked," this indicates that the paper has been looked at by a teacher, but not graded or corrected.
