• Homework will be assigned most days and consist of practice and/or fluency activities that will help students maintain and/or further develop their skills. As a result, it is critical that homework be completed on a regular basis. Independent reading should occur at home for 20 minutes each night. Writing will be assigned a few times per week and projects will be assigned periodically. Timelines for project completion have been adjusted to take into account family time, extracurricular activities, and busy schedules. Additional time has been built into deadlines so that students can work around their schedules as much as possible and still have time to complete the assignment.

    Please Note: If students miss class due to lessons or fail to complete class work, it will become part of their homework for the evening if they do not finish it during WIN time.
