• Homework is assigned each night - Monday through Thursday, with the exception of make-up work. Subjects may include: math, reading comprehension, word study and independent reading. On occasion, students may have weekend work such as studying for an upcoming exam or catch-up work. There may also be assignments given on long weekend and/or holiday breaks.

    Homework is given as a reinforcement of the class lesson and is expected to be completed each night. Missing or incomplete assignments are to be done during the next school day. If missing work is not done on the next school day, it is to be completed the next school night. 

    Each student has a planner where they are expected write down their daily assignments. Please check planners and homework each night to be sure assignments are completed. Once all assignments are completed, please sign the planner.  Also, this is an excellent source of communication from home to school and vice-versa.  Please feel free to jot us a note and let us know of any concerns.
