    • having well defined muscles 
     
    Muscular Endurance - The ability of your muscles to continue to work without fatigue.

    •  doing as many crunches as you can
     
    Flexibility - The ability to move through a full range of motion.
     
    What's a great example of flexibility?
    • doing a split
     
    Muscular Strength - The ability of your muscles to exert force.  
     
    What's a great example of muscular strength?
    • lifting something heavy one time
