Students are given grades based on their performance on classwork, quizzes, and tests. These assignments and tests are given after they receive instruction and are able to practice the content. Some skills are also assessed informally through observation.
Report cards are sent home at the end of each quarter and use a 4, 3, 2, 1 grading system.
4 means that a student meets those standards with distinction.
3 means that a student meets those standards.
2 means that a student is developing skills to meet those standards.
1 means that a student does not meet those standards.
