Due to recent events, as a parent you may be experiencing higher levels of stress. Stress can take a serious toll on our mental health. It is criticial for parents to have positive mental health to maximize your effecctiveness with the home learning experience, regardless of the topic (i.e., academics, social, emotional, etc.). You can't separate learning (or teaching!) and wellbeing.
