Every day - 30 minutes

Key points:

1.  Work Left and Right Hand equally

2.  Keep your feet moving

3.  Find spot on the wall and hit it every time

4.  Challenge yourself - counts reps in a minute

5.  Work all basics - catch L, catch R, catch offside, catch switch, throw backside, throw around the back, make up stick tricks.  Just PLAY!
