The district now uses a program called schooltool to manage its school records database. The Parent Portal is the district's way of providing parents and guardians with secure online access to such information about their children such as:
Report Card Grades
Grades 3-8 NYS assessment scores
NYS Regents exam scores
PARENT PORTAL ACCOUNTS
Who Can Have an Account?: Only parents or guardians.
You Only Have to Sign Up Once. Regardless of how many children you have, once you have created a Parent Portal account for one child, you will be able to see some or all of the above information for all your children.If you do not see all your children, email the Help Desk at firstname.lastname@example.org
HOW DO I DO TO SIGN UP?
º Visit the main office of your child's school to request a Parent Portal account. Please bring an ID with you that shows your picture and address. Provide them a valid email address.
REMEMBER: You only have to sign up once, regardless of how many children you have in the district's schools.
º You will receive an email within several days that contains a temporary password.
