Mindfulness Club & Yoga

Mrs. Brundage and Mrs. Gilman will continue to with Mindfulness and Movement! For students in grades 2-6. We will meet Fridays at 7:35 a.m. Mindfulness is a way to notice and understand how our bodies and thoughts react to all types of situations. Yoga helps us learn how movement and breath work together. It is a great way to start your day!
