If your student has a school issued Chromebook that needs repair, do the following:
with the following information:
- Student's NAME
- Chromebook TAG NUMBER (5-6 digits on the sticker on the bottom of the device)
- DESCRIPTION of the problem
- Whether or not you purchased INSURANCE for the device
2) The STUDENT must bring the broken Chromebook to the building repair person for service.
Our building repair staff has no authority to work on any equipment that is not first registered by the parent in the Chromebook repair system as described in Step 1 above.
