UPK Update: Interest Form Available Until April 21

  • To apply for your child's participation in this program, please complete this interest form by Friday, April 21, 2023. It is NOT first come, first served! It is an opportunity to enter the lottery, which will be held the week of April 24. Parents will then be notified about their status (selected vs. waiting list).
