Distance Learning Information:
*I will be posting Math work on Google Classroom. Most students have already joined my Google Classroom. For those who didn't get a chance to as they were absent, the codes are below.
*In general, I will be posting a video for students to watch to review concepts and then they will have practice problems (worksheet format). Worksheets DO NOT need to be printed. Students should show their work on separate paper to be turned in once we return to school.
*Although practice worksheets are available to be viewed on Google Classroom, hard copies will be available for parents to pick up if that works better for families.
*Make sure you check daily for assignments.
*Prodigy is available any day for extra practice.
*You may also go onto my Math Links page and play any of the math learning games by topic.

Just a bit of information for the 2019-20 school year...
This coming year, each child will have 4 blocks: One block for Math with Mrs. Sheahan, one block for SS/Sci with Mrs. Humphreys, one block of Reading with Mrs. Horton and one block of Writing with Mr. Jensen. Each block will be about 60 minutes. They do not always travel with their homeroom and will be mixed up for a few blocks.
All students will have 30 minutes of recess each day prior to a 25 minute lunch period. We will end the day with about a 15 minute study hall/silent reading time. This is a great time for students to see any of the teachers for extra help if needed.
    Chorus: (Days 1 & 5 2:15-2:55)
    Band: (Days 1 9:50-10:30 & Day 4 8:30-9:10)
    Orchestra: (Day 3 12:50-1:30 and Day 6 1:30-2:10)
***Since students miss class time for music groups/lessons, they are responsible for making up any missing work and/or seeing the teacher if there is a question or if they do not understand.
Be sure to look at the "Refrigerator Copy...parent tips" page for more sixth grade information.
