LOGGING IN
  • Start by going to the list of report cards
  • Under the section marked "Specials," select the appropriate grade level.
  • All user names and passwords are in lower case.
  • At the next screen, enter the following user name and password. Note that the "user name" is a combination of two letters from a school name and two letters from a subject area. Make sure you use the letters for the school you want to work with.
Specials report card first log-in screen
    • Art user name: br_ar, ev_ar, fi_ar, fp_ar, ga_ar, kr_ar, my_ar, oa_ar, sh_ar; Password: art.
    • Band user name: same as art- except use "ba" instead of "ar"; Password: band.
    • Music user name: same as art- except use "mu" instead of "ar"; Password: music.
    • Orchestra user name: same as art- except use "or"; Password: orchestra.
    • Physical education user name: same as art- except use "pe" instead of "ar"; Password: pe.
  • The next screen uses the user name and password you selected. If you need help at this point, please contact the Help Desk (9-5000, extention 182 or 183).
