Evaluate: Although students are
aware of dangers involved in believing the authenticity and accuracy of information
obtain on a “random” site, they tent to trust certain “well known”
sites. If you find it on Google… it
just must be so. They do however have
some basic sensibilities in which sites are more likely to be trustworthy. Sites
ending with edu or gov

PLAN OF
ONGOING TECHNOLOGY ASSISTANCE |
|
|
Applicants may: |
The Plan: |
|
Describe a new or revised plan of
ongoing technology assistance by which you define an area of technology
integration based on the completed Standards and Criteria tasks and provides
regular assistance to other staff members in that area. |
1. I will continue to be a troubleshooter for the faculty and
staff at RCK. I am frequently asked for assistance in helping with many day
to day aspects of computer usage. I will try harder to keep a log. 2. I will reestablish the monthly users group meetings in my
classroom after school, to address specific technology concerns by faculty. Notification
will be by email. 3. I will continue to be a mentor for other members of the
RCK community who wish to apply for the Technology Certification. |
