Here's what you need to do:
- Take a picture of yourself and/or your work ALONE at a Fishkill Plains event.
(If anyone else is in the picture, they need to fill out a Release Form too)
- Print your name and teacher on the back of the photo
- Put your photo and the completed Release Form(s) in an envelope labelled *WEBSITE*.
- And drop it off at the office in the PTA mail cart (behind the office door)
- Photos will be returned if properly labeled.

- Send e-mail to SDBlack@us.ibm.com letting me know your envelope is there

You should see yourself on Fishkill Plains' Website within a few weeks (The first 8 pictures per event will be used.)
