|
The Department of Technology renovated a traditional Transportation Technology lab used primarily for Transportation Systems and Materials & Fabrication (Metals) into two spaces. One space is primarily used for instruction, research, and design. Students utilize computer programs such as Autodesk CAD, Inventor, Revit, and Adobe Photoshop for research and design purposes. The other space is a fabrication lab. Students utilize this lab to bring their computer generated models to life by using traditional fabrication tools, resources, and processes. |

The roadway which extends from the John Jay parking lot to the athletic complex was paved during Summer 2007. Before paving, this road consisted of large pot holes, uneven grading, mud puddles, and no clearly marked parking spaces. Now busses, students, parents, and spectators have a safe and direct route to the athletic complex. |

Currently an outdoor athletic restroom is being constructed. This new restroom will be located between the football and baseball field. After completion, parents, athletes, and spectators will no longer have to travel to a designated school building entrance to use a bathroom facility. The new outdoor bathroom will have a partition for the storage of athletic equipment. | ||
